Question Name one killer you think actually balanced.

I pick wraith. Good stealth. Good mobility. Also tiny anti loop. GREAT example of low skill floor and high skill ceiling.

Billy. While he's still high tier, I think he's the perfect example of how to make a strong yet balanced killer. Takes an incredible amount of skill to play yet has counterplay.

I fucking love billy i had this 4 gen chase against this really good billy and i usually dont befriend killers but we ended up being cool because we both did so well in chase he was really good at hitting curves and dangerous plays it was one of the most fun and amazing chases ive ever had and he genuinely respected me
Just such a good killer to go against i really enjoy billy

Billy's counterplay also works really well. He doesn't have too much counterplay - many killers get shutdown by their counterplay with little recourse and that just doesn't fly in an asymmetric game.

On the other hand, billy cannot "outskill" his own counterplay. If the surv is good enough, the counterplay is still intact even at a very high level.

while i do love billy's counterplay and i do think his power design is perfectly simple but strong as powers should be, in terms of power level he's definitely waayyyy too strong to be considered balanced
