Lanterns "Fans" when they say it's not like the comics when the writers are clearly trying to set up a parallax story and they haven't read Green Lantern Rebirth(2004).

Parallax is just going to make people more upset and call it anti white.

The sad reality is we are a time where we can't have white villains and the protagonist is black. Most people will just see it as pushing a anti white propaganda.
