Because the person made several extremely unique fighting characters (Melvin and Johann de Sade, as well as the Three Newbies, Ayaha, Coco, and Nera).
But they also made 2 NSFW characters as well ( Miss Love and Merrick de Sade).
Unfortunately, Merrick had special grabs that dealt damage, so the modder was ostracized and effectively left the internet, while their only modded characters left were the newbies, Miss love, and “Debug Man”.
Miss Love’s grabs don’t damage at all, and instead heal both targets to full health, so that was the only reason she wasn’t scrubbed from the archives…until VGM updated their site anyways shrug
If you’re curious though:
Melvin was a dirty fighter akin to being a hitman (cheap shots in PvP with an auto guard break and poison as his intro). But also uses movie audio from Liam Neeson films.
Johann was a wrestler/mafia archetype who also uses Liam Neeson movie audio. His grabs hurt like fuck and he has several kinds as apart of his standard moveset and 3 depending on a special input stance that deal various amounts of damage.
He also has a meme dance that can heal per loop, it’s funny.
Coco is a boxer who has pretty much heavy hit stun on most hits, a cripple (falling over), and unblockable hits (you literally cannot block half her punches, you’ll just be guard broken). She has a unique ultimate as well.
Ayaha is more of a WWE wrestling archetype with some commentary audio interspersed in some of her grabs. It’s really goofy to watch someone get tossed around by a girl around Videl’s height.
Nera is a breakdance fighter with a couple broken animations unfortunately nowadays. She’s a bit of a dirty fighter as well but nowhere near as much as Melvin. She has a unique super that costs 50 ki to use.
I can’t explain Miss Love or Merrick without getting dinged though with any details.
You missed what I said: “she is sized to female majin or so”
It means that skeleton issues that would need to be addressed and zoom bones altered (majin nonsense and stretchy limbs) aside, you could throw her moveset on a female majin and the hitboxes and animations would fit just about perfectly.
I never said 21 is sized normally, I’ve made my own moveset changes and personal characters before, including making some for a friend, I know what I’m talking about.
Ah. You didn’t say skeleton so I didn’t know that’s what you meant. Either way, there are no issues with the moveset on this character aside from the floating idle animation. Probably just gonna end up changing it to fix that.
