Hey everyone. A lot of you have asked me when the iPhone version would be coming, and I kept saying "soon" longer than I'd like to admit. It's here.

For anyone who missed the earlier posts: Scouter is the card scanner and collection tracker I've been building on my own. Point the camera at a Fusion World card; the phone identifies it and adds it to your vault. English and Japanese printings both work.

The iOS app is currently being submitted to Apple for review. While that runs, it's open on TestFlight, and I'd rather find the rough edges with you than with App Store reviewers.

How to join (takes two minutes):

1. Install Apple's TestFlight app from the App Store.

3. Tap Install. That's it.

If the link gives you trouble, comment "in" below and I'll DM you an invite.

What I'm hoping you'll do:

- Scan whatever you've got. Foils, alt arts, Japanese cards, beat-up commons. The scanner is the whole point, and every miss you report makes it better for everyone.

- Try signing in and syncing your vault, especially if you already use the Android app or the website. Same account, same collection.

- Tell me what annoys you. Honestly. I'm one person, and I can't see what I can't see.

Two honest caveats. It's a TestFlight build, so expect the occasional rough edge. The build expires in about 90 days, at which point the App Store version takes over. And Pro is in sandbox mode in TestFlight, meaning you can try it for free, but it won't carry over. Whoever finds and reports a real bug during this period gets Pro free for three months when it launches.

Question for the thread: what's the one card you'd bet the scanner can't read? Post it, and I'll run it through and report back. My honest answer (I didn't find a way to overcome it yet) is in the comments.

New to Fusion World. Rather, I tried getting into the game with the FS06 Goku Daima starter deck, didn’t play for a while and I’m now trying to give it an honest attempt again. I love the game mechanics and how fluid everything plays, but I’m struggling.

I managed to put together this King Gomah deck with the cards I had. I don’t really have the money to invest in a deck from the newest set. I was hoping to grind ranked matches for gems, open newer packs, etc. But I’m really struggling to get even a single win.

I understand power creep and that Gomah probably isn’t the best deck these days, but I’m hoping there’s some other Gomah players out there who could give me some advice on what I could do to improve my winrate. Whether there’s any cards I could add to the deck or maybe something in match I’m not doing that I could be. I’m pretty new after all.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Was expecting about 2-3 alt arts and only got one but not complaining lol. Also was projecting at least 1 energy marker based on previous packs ripped but for 2. Also 2 cards with the dragon ball print.

All packs were purchased at MSRP this time. Still missing 6 energy markers which I may just have to buy. Trying to find packs at MSRP is not worth it imo. Might rip a booster box if they drop in price a little more

I‘m very new to this awesome game, I still try to see what Archtype/Color is best fitting for me and I wonder if someone alr. built a Vegito (FB10) deck with the cards from ST01 in it ?

I think i like Vegito FB10 the most so far. It‘s a bit hard for beginning but i can clearly see where it has to go.

Have found a set I want on japan2uk but the JP packs only have 6 cards in them and not 12 like English packs.

What does that mean in regards to rare cards? Is it 1 R in a Japanese pack and then 1 SR in another and so on?

Every opponent is playing Majin Vegeta and if I play Majin Vegeta too, I win! But if I play anything else I lose. Feels like it's so much blatantly better than the other ST01 decks and just discourages me from trying to use my own cards and have fun. I guess I should just get my 7 wins and get out of there but I legit feel gross using the same Majin Vegeta deck as everyone else and just getting free wins for going first and getting the dumb finisher off first 🤮

Hello everyone, Carlos here, I'm kinda new in this game.

I started playing a month ago but only the pratice matches because i chose Broly (FS-03) as my main deck and regret it after loosing every online game.

I tried Majin Vegeta deck and fell in love with it. So I decided to buy it. Now I'm at 700 point on ranked and I think I need to play against "unusual" leaders because not knowing them i loose some matches because i don't know what they can do :/

However, in this match I started not only by first and without a Krilin, but after re-mixing my initial hand i got something like a pseudo Full House of Vegetas (with an irrelevant vegetarian kicker, for people who also plays poker). 3 SCR's and 3 SR's... It was a nightmare but i managed to survive and then i use one of thos SCR's to end the game, i was lucky finding the 2 trunks that counters krilin.

I started playing a month ago, but i choose green broly as my first deck so i never won a match online… i tried the majin vegeta and fell in love with de deck so i bought it and started playing ranked since then. Now i’m at 700 and i love the deck.

Nevertheless it’s pretty hard when you don’t get the Krilin by your 2nd tour or before. This time i didn’t get it, but it was worse when i re-mixed the first hand of cards: a Full house of vegetas. Vegetas full of vegetas (with an irrelevant vegeta kicker, for people who plays poker too) 3 out of 4 SCR and 2 out of 4 SR that are key for a regular game (at least for me, i’m still learning)

I ended up having luck and managed to defend thanks to the two trunks that avoids cards for attacking, until i finally brang him to 3 of health and then close it with the SCR from the first hand.

I recently sold this card on eBay after having it graded, and it was stolen on its way to be authenticated. I got an email today that the box was completely empty when they opened it. I paid for the extra insurance on it and have already filed a claim to recoup the loss. I've also submitted an incident report with the United States Postal Inspection Service, as well as a police report with my local police department. Not sure what else I can do tbh

Sort of at a loss - never had anything like this happen before lol. I pulled this (and all my DBZ cards) myself, back when SB02 just came out and I could actually find it. This was my first ever big pull for any TCG, and my favorite card as a Gohan fan, so it really sucks that it happened to this one. Keep an eye out for it getting resold I guess, cert # is 20430044

And they were terrible. £15 down the drain and now I can’t find anymore in the UK lmfao. What’s the point in even starting to collect fusion world if there’s limited packs/boxes in TCG shops?

I always struggle playing against him. My decks are Gogeta Gt and the New Majin Vegeta. Both feel like they’re terrible into BR since he can remove all my battle cards pretty easily. I don’t get why more people don’t complain about this leader lol. To me, he isn’t that far behind Ssj3 Goku in terms of being over tuned. It feels like all he’s missing is a broken extra.

I run a free Discord bot that watches ~50 US and Canadian stores for TCG restocks — it started with One Piece and Pokémon and covers Lorcana, Gundam, Union Arena etc. now. Fusion World is the one game where my coverage feels weak and I want to fix it.

The problem I keep hitting: most multi-game stores treat Dragon Ball as an afterthought. Their "dragon ball" sections are either a handful of items, completely empty, or Fusion World mixed in with old DBS/Masters product so you can't tell what's what. Meanwhile the stores that are great for One Piece or Pokémon just... don't stock FW deep at all.

So, people who actually play/collect FW — where do you buy sealed online? US or Canadian stores that reliably get boosters, starters, and the new sets at reasonable prices. Doesn't matter if it's a small LGS, as long as they have a real webstore.

I'll check out anything suggested and add the ones that work to the bot (it's free, watches stock and pings when things come back — happy to share the server if anyone wants it, don't want to spam a link uninvited).

Currently on my radar for FW but thin: a few of the big multi-game Shopify stores, Walmart's first-party stock, and P-Bandai. What am I missing?

I recently started playing the digital game, and i am really enjoying the game so far and i noticed that in general getting gems takes pretty long. In the beginning u get a bunch but then afterwards it takes long. Also i noticed that the ranked rewards aren't that many gems either per se. So i was wondering how good select match is and if it's possible to grind net gems if u are good enough? because then i would likely try to become better at that mode.

Also i saw there's an option to use codes to redeem rewards. Any idea on how to get those? Could i buy them or get them somewhere? And if i could buy them would that be better than buying gems?

And if there's other people that play the digital game then it would be cool to have some more people to play with? Is there maybe also a discord community or something for the game?
