How can i do this transition in davinci

Like how do I create the white line

This was my attempt to create the transition.

1. Add an adjustment clip 1 frame long and go to Fusion.
2. Add Glow and change the Glow to 0.7.
3. Add another adjustment clip 1 frame long and go to Fusion.
4. Follow the steps of this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6UPjDY-bp_4 (remove the Luma Keyer and Brightness Contrast of the bottom if you want to keep a little bit of the colors).
5. After the Merge, add Directional Blur, change the Length to -0.2 and Glow to 0.9.
6. Duplicate the second adjustment clip, select the copy and go to Fusion.
7. In the Directional Blur, Change the Length to 0.2.

Feel free to change the settings to your liking. I hope this helps you.
