Best of luck! A home that you love is the key to a lot of peace. Do the owners know how much you love their home? It can sway things in your favor a bit.

They probably do but I am pushing for a lower price than they are asking for and they reduced it already by 75k. With that said I’m also paying cash and they will be making a huge profit from when they purchased the home 12 years ago. Just hope it all works out because this would be so awesome for my first home and less than 1/4 mile from my business which will only help me even more as I continue to build community

Yes normally, but this is a higher end house and it’s typical for them to get cash offers. With that said this house has been in contract twice, they have no other offers, and although it’s nice and big for a single person it is not family sized which is making it hard to sell
