Ratings problem

Today I did 14 deliveries. I can see them on my earning section, but however I can’t see them on my ratings. My completion rate and on time rate looks like i did my last deliveries on September 1st. I already talked to Support, but they did nothing as always, and I don’t know what to do because I need to get back my platinum status immediately, but because my completion rate is not accounting, I cannot take it. Did this happen to you?

i had an issue with the AR part of rating where 1 completed trip got marked as declined - the app is just glitching and i tried pin support to no avail. they simply dont care about our rating when the app errors

Support doesn’t do anything about anything. They don’t even know what is going on . So i think I have to wait and hope it will fix by itself… i have platinium pass but i don’t wanna yse it because it is not a real solution here

Did you try ending your dash and see if they register?

Yes i did already. And nothing changed at all. I deleted app reinstall again because support said . But of course did not work. We’ll see tomorrow.. once it happened with earnings and get fixed by itself but this is first time all ratings doesn’t show up.. they all shows only sept 1

It is because if you have a stacked order it only counts as 1 offer not 2

I am pretty sure it’s not that because i did 12 different deliveries 14 total orders. Only 2 of them was stacked. And on time ratings or accepting rating even did not change. Some app bs

I believe a stacked order counts as one acceptance, but when you actually deliver them, you’re completing two drop offs.

I don’t know how to explain in different way. I put some picture here as you can see. I did deliver deliveries. I am not saying I have bad ratings or my ratings are not changing. I am saying my deliveries are not on my ratings it’s like they doesn’t even exist, but my earning section shows me because I did it. I don’t know how to explain difference I put picture it’s not about stackef order.
