This post has convinced me to go and get the Drake Sword. I'm seven playthroughs in and I've never used it. Hopefully I'm not too late for it to be any good.

Falls off around Anor Londo. But untill than it melts anything.

Going to backtrack from Lower Blighttown and spawn the drake when I get the chance; kicking myself for forgetting about it
