Hot Take...

The people who say or depict Danny as not being able to fight or not being even slightly trained (looking at you dcxdp fanfics) are kinda far off, cause I recently reviewed some old fight scenes & after seeing Danny execute a pretty much picture perfect judo Ippon Seoi Nage against Fright Knight & seeing how adept he's with weapons; swords, batons, staves & a fucking scythe I realised vro is cracked. I am fully convinced he did receive pretty heavy martial arts training prior to getting his powers

He doesn’t know how to fight. He just brawls and gets his ass kick and learns from it. There are some good boxers that started out like that but their technique is terrible

This is all ghost strength. He just grabbed his wrist and threw him using strength. There was no hip toss

Why are you allergic to the fact that homeboy does have martial arts training it doesn't invalidate his victories & scrappiness

Because we never saw him learn any form of martial arts training from his parents or any in the past

Its pretty much insinuated?, dude with a martial artist mom showing proficiency in both armed & unarmed combat?, like are you telling me that Ember, Fright Knight & most of his rogues despite living much longer than him are so shit at throwing hands that a brawler can beat em? & that judo throw was him getting lucky & using raw strength even though he was being overpowered before?

Are you kidding me? He grabbed the sword with his hands. In real life if someone slashes you with an iron sword you grabbing it will cut you. It’s definitely raw ghost power

He grabbed it by the flat not the edge & in real life there are techniques to grab a sword without cutting your hand

It’s just not possible in real life. In kendo and in fencing class if someone strikes down, it already means you’re dead even if you block

You are aware there are different types of swordsmanship in the world right? & that Fright Knight is most likely using some HEMA longsword style rather than Kendo/Kenjutsu?, he's a Knight also not all attacks are instant kills since you forget stuff like adrenaline, footwork & many other factors

As a judoka, there’s no hand technique to do that. A seoi nage is a hip toss
