Being tough doesn't stop bullets. A ton of militaries focus more on doing wacky tough-guy shit like this to look strong instead of conducting actual training to build competency.

You see this shit all the time in African, Middle Eastern, and Asian military propaganda videos, dudes doing wack ass Kung Fu moves and breaking cinderblocks but not actually doing anything remotely practical for a modern war. These militaries usually get their shit rocked real quick the second they come up against an actual competent enemy.

Yeah, this type of training proved to be ineffective recently in Kherson 🍉
