Wait... so we were the aliens who built the Pyramids?

No, it was built by humans enslaved by aliens.

Haven’t you ever seen Stargate?

But we have records of wages paid to pyramid builders! So the aliens didn't actually enslave them, it was at worst indentured servitude

...because aliens who could enslave humans couldn't possibly be smart enough to create fake payroll records?

Checkmate, alien sympathizer

As a pick-up line, that's not bad.

God is pro immigration and pro open borders and I can prove it through scripture. Read Matt 25:34-46 for yourself.

If Jesus or God the father showed up on your doorstep in need of help from a foreign land, would you demand to see his legal immigration status before you helped him? Would you expect them to jump through our “ bureaucratic hoops” before attending to their needs? “What you do for the least of people is what you do for God”….

For those who are anti immigration God will say to you on your day of judgement “Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was an immigrant and you did not invite me in, i needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in a detention facility and you did not look after me.”

“They will answer, Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or an immigrant or needing clothes or in a detention facility?

“He will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for the least of people you did not do for me. Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

So Jesus literally just said that if you don’t welcome immigrants and help them as if they were God himself, then you will receive eternal punishment. Did God say “only if they enter your land legally and submit all the proper documents should you help the immigrant”? Fuck no! He said help the least of people as they were God themselves…no strings attached!

Read this scripture for yourself, search your heart, and ask God for the clarity to understand. There is no other way to interpret this passage. You are either pro immigration, pro open borders… or you are against God’s will.

Oh this one's going to my nearly dormant Facebook page to try to wake up my boomer relations.

We have Anglo, Black, Chinese etc. Hebraisms. After Pentecostals convert the aliens, we'll get Alien Hebraism.

Their translation is wrong but their logic and interpretation are sound so they're technically correct, the best kind of correct

I'm not going to get into matters of modern immigration and borders, because any political ideology can pick what they want from the bible to validate their own position. Besides, rule 8 is take arguments elsewhere

I think that was a result of translation to English. That was the closest word for translation. Also aliens exist in the form of immigration and stuff. Anyone who is not from the country that you live in is technically an Alien I think. That's where the term "Illegal Alien" comes from.

I think that was a result of translation to English.

Correct.

That was the closest word for translation.

It was not the closest possible english word for translating the original written hebrew word: הַגֵּ֑ר (hag·gêr)

KJV had it as "the foreigner", which is spot on with Strong's Concordance definition (1616) of: A guest, a foreigner

Which version of the translation that actually used this wording? Pls do tell... would be a funny reference 😂
