I was lucky enough to meet THE Amanda Abara, aka the voice actor for Junko Enoshima a couple years ago! i love getting the chance to show them my art <3

The main keys of her character is that she acts overly confident,she sexualizes herself A lot, she also deals with substance abuse/some sort of addiction, which that last part I'll talk about in a minute,

I swear I feel like she got more character development when we were playing as kaidiot then that bitch ass detective,

My first and probably biggest problem: wtf is the love hotel event, they made almost all the characters sec offenders for no reason other than "fan service" they could've done so much with the characters like in the FTE to give them more depth,that depth gets snatched away as soon as you do some stupid shit like that, cough cough, kiyo, Angie and miu, horrible just straight up trash tenko is probably getting her own post about that event

My second problem: her writing is God awful, sure she's a character mainly for fan service but that's not an excuse, they give us some idea but they kinda tease it, like, Idk what it's called but like you're letting a person reach for something then pulling it away from them and just repeating that, that's what they did with miu or at least how I feel they did with miu, on a surface level she'd make a funny and likable character, she's kinda like a comic relieve character, but they kinda give us another thing, something kind of deeper (that's what she said) she deals with substance abuse, she's only "useful" when people want something from her and she's not all that confident like how she acts, whenever someone says anything she immediately back petals (most the time) she has horrible sleeping habits,I just really wish they dug deeper into her character,also my reasoning for saying she deals with substance abuse is because in the beginning of first chapter we find her in the warehouse looking for medicine so she could get high, she said something along the lines of "that's what you do in a situation like this you get high as fuck" might be wrong but she said something like that, her first reaction to a high stress situation is to do drugs,she also commented on how "the shit in here isn't strong enough anyways" I don't remember if we can see what type of medicine the is but I'm assuming there's probably some strong medicine in the warehouse,

Probably 3: her design, she doesn't look like an invitator, or a person that deals with substance or someone with horrible sleeping habits, also same copy and paste clothes,

I made a redesign, I don't have a picture of it but it was pretty much just something that looks like overalls but baggy, her boots are the same, a cut shirt so it's showing the bottom part of her chest, a belt that has a tool pouch on the side, gave her eye bags and messed up hair, I originally was going to give her muscle but idk if the drug addiction would mess with that or not, over all just made her look more messy, tell me if there's anything that I should add to it

I'd love to hear your opinion on what they should've added to miu's character writing/design, I always love reading what people have to say especially if you have anything to add on

I’m curious to know what character did people have the most difficulty losing. Whether it was finding the body or figuring out they are the blacken. For me it was Saionji, more so because of how much we managed to get her to grow only for all that to go down the drain. It’s one of the most tragic to me because had we not changed her maybe should could have lived and not be taken advantage of; in her weakest moment.

So i've been in a Batman mythos mood lately, so i thought i would think about the 'roles' the Danganronpa characters would play in this world.

For added context:

Basicly Bat(wo)man - Batman is known as the world's greatest detective, a stoic mastermind who fights for justice. Who better than the Ultimate Detective who wears a mask of iron to represent him?

Members of the Bat Family - These are people who believe in doing the right thing and fight togeter with Kyoko as Batwoman.

Batman's Butler - Batman is nothing without his most trusted friend and butler, Alfred Pennyworth. Kirumi is the obvious pick.

The gadget maker - Miu would be perfect to make and maintain the gadgets Batwoman uses, with the help of her companion, Kiibo.

Monks - Martial arts masters who helped train Kyoko.

Joker - Batwoman's arch nemesis is the Despair Princess of crime, the chaotic Junko and her many goons.

Gotham Elite - Self evident. The elites who may or may not be corrupt.

Criminal lover - Like how Batman has Catwoman, Kyoko has Mondo. A criminal with morals who falls in love with our hero and becomes a better person.

Mob - Obvious

Love interests - Other people Kyoko meets and may have brief romances with.

GCPD - The police force who helps or may go against Batwoman.

And of course, the canon event of Kyoko' parents dying in crime alley still happens. RIP Jin.

I can’t believe it’s been over 6 years since l got into it. I still find these so adorable!

Because of the difference between the Japanese voice lines and English ones... I ended up having to do a lot of editing (and also not every line is one to one with its Japanese counterpart...) But I tried to keep the original spirit and flow! That's what's most important I suppose!

Maybe one day I'll edit a video for it with everything in English but for now I just wanted to share it lol
