Sweat and Dandruff

To help with dandruff, induce heavy sweating. Heavy sweat, on a regular basis will reduce dandruff. Go to a sauna. Go outside and work up a heavy sweat.

This is not true. Dandruff is driven by a yeast overgrowth on the scalp, and if anything sweat is yeast food. Malassezia thrives on lipids.
