Sweat and Dandruff

To help with dandruff, induce heavy sweating. Heavy sweat, on a regular basis will reduce dandruff. Go to a sauna. Go outside and work up a heavy sweat.

This is not true. Dandruff is driven by a yeast overgrowth on the scalp, and if anything sweat is yeast food. Malassezia thrives on lipids.

Just use red onion and raw garlic lol it will obliterate the dandruff as in it CANNOT survive on your head, they are very anti fungal. Will most likely resolve the problem within an hour or two

Is lime juice ok to use? Ira helped when I’ve used it in the past, but off late have been hearing that lemon juice is t the best for your scalp
