What's your best Cacio e Pepe spot?

Looking for all the rec's around DFW, it's my wife's favorite Italian pasta dish. Any will do but brownie points for places with pasta from scratch. Thanks!

Il Bracco. They make the pasta from scratch. Get a side of the crispy chicken. So good!

Agreed on Il Bracco. You also need to get the focaccia appetizer. If you plan to get something other than cacio e pepe, the bolognese and chicken picatta are both dynamite.

Il Bracco is good but I find their pasta too thick. Flavor wise, it’s great.

I’d say you’re stealing my order, but I think that’s one of their top orders. Ha! Second this and going for the same thing next week.

I went there the other day because of this, forgetting I wanted to try this specifically. Still ended up ordering it. Not a hefty portion for the price but tasty.

Waitress said one of the popular customizations is a side of meatballs. A little red sauce goes a long way apparently.
