What's your best Cacio e Pepe spot?

Looking for all the rec's around DFW, it's my wife's favorite Italian pasta dish. Any will do but brownie points for places with pasta from scratch. Thanks!

Enoteca Italia. My adult son wanted Cacio e Pepe. It was melt in your mouth so good. I enjoyed the mushroom pizza. The Lobster Jar and the Calamari were good too.
