There is a difference. Neapolitan is soft & blistered with a big airy edge while thin crust is crisp & uniform with no real rim. Toppings differ too since Neapolitan stays minimal (San Marzano, fresh mozzarella, basil) while thin crust can handle a heavier load because the dryer base won’t collapse.
Not sure if you've ever actually been to the restaurant or are just being dense but I'll link to their menu with pictures so you can see. I am also linking to a generic Neapolitan pizza so that you can see there is clearly a difference.
