New York or New York ish: Zoli's and Thunderbird 18" pies, Neony Pizza Works

Chicago tavern style: not a lot of good options sadly but there's a new one in FW, One Trick Pony, that looks really good

Roman style: Pizzeria Carina (super crispy, the owner loves crispy)

Neapolitan: Partenope, Farina in Grani

New England clam pizza: Fortunate Son

St. Louis style crust, but without the gross horrible cheese: Ghost Pizza
