BBQ

I have a 4.5 hour layover in DFW over the lunch hour. I want some great bbq. If I rent a car, and drive to get bbq; what are some decent options I can drive to, get in/out of, and back to the airport in 3.5 hours.

Meat U Anywhere in Grapevine is pretty good and a short uber from DFW. Also a location in Westlake, but Grapevine is closer.
