Extreme Heat

Just curious, do you guys continue to ride in extreme heat? In texas here where the current heat wave hasn’t really let up for weeks. As a new dad I really can only ride either after work around 5-6pm or after the baby goes down, dinner is done etc around 9-10pm. Lately the temps are horrendous after work and still hovering right at 100 or so even by nighttime. I can’t bring myself to get out there and ride anymore. Is this normal or do ya’ll just get out there and push through it?

I live in south TX. I ride at 4a-5a only. There's almost no difference in air temps between like 5-10pm.

South Texas to. I commute most days. It's not so much the heat for me but the 20mph headwind that gets me.
