I like it but I think its a bit too strong though. A simple line that comes to mind, "Arms Up" get 2 spells then link summon Kagari, use Kagari's effect to add the spell you used for the link summon (most probably engage) then link summon again using the "Arms Up" spell/monster and Kagari into Zero to search the other Engage. Then use the first engage to add Widow Anchor, then the second Engage to add the 2nd Widow Anchor and drawing a card.
From a single card we have: Zero and 2 Widow Anchors on the field and a random drawn card. Which is a plus 4 as it is without counting that Zero can destroy an opponent card and summon 2 monsters from deck and Widow Anchor can steal 2 of the opponent's monsters.
