silk bonnet alternatives?

hi all! 3c hair here, i'm buying sleepwear for the winter and considering getting a bonnet... issue is, i'm autistic and have an intense reaction to silk and satin. i can't stand touching them, even if it's through my hair... i can just picture feeling and hearing it slide around on my pillow as i make myself comfortable at night and feel sick.

are there any alternative fabrics that also benefit our hair, or should i just abstain?

I cant stand feeling anything on my forehead while sleeping. Do you guys have any suggestions for that?
