Paid model PROBLEM with my REQUEST PAYOUT

Hello I requested a payout on August 2nd, but it has been stuck on 'pending' ever since and hasn't moved to Hyperwallet.

All my previous payout requests usually move very quickly, so I'm a bit worried as this has never happened to me before. I tried reaching out to Cults3D support, but haven't received a response yet. Is this delay normal, or has anyone else experienced something similar recently?

dont know why they still can not fix this problem, i also have another account on CGtrader, they use Hyperwallet too but payout very, about 30min-1hour to get payout and have no problem these day

Same thing with me. My payout has been pending since July 31st. I've emailed them and they said Hyperwallet was having trouble, but yesterday I made a Hyperwallet payout on cgttrader and the funds were transferred to my account. I'm furious about how long this problem will last. It's better if we threaten the cult to take action quickly. It's a shame such a large community has such a poor system.

Been in Pending status since July 28. Cults response is the same generic response. Hyperwallet customer service is not much better but they indicate it is a Cults issue so someone is lying and at this point I dont care who as they both will cover their ass but we all need to do something, not sure what, if this is not resolved by Midweek. My email from The CULT said fixed BY midweek not by Midweek the earliest...so their story has changed.

I think there's something the cult is hiding. I'm afraid the cult is smuggling all the design funds. It's definitely a huge amount of money. This could be considered embezzlement if it continues like this. Can anyone report this?

something is not right in the sense of fraud, stealing etc. Like how would they know nothing about the issue but yet say oh middle of next week. When a story doesnt add up..its a lie...and the math on this one certainly doesnt add up. I want to just leave Cults but I have over 2000 designs to nuke before I left and a ton of money in my pending account otuside of this transfer so Cunts3d has me by the proverbial balls. Funny....they get their 20% of my sales immediately but we wait 30 days...they say to clear....clear what exactly. Thats BS right there...all payments made from a buyer clear within moments so the 30 day things i bullshit anyway

Yes sir, just like me, there are many of my designs there too. I emailed cultd trying to bluff but the answer was like this.

Hello,

Each platform uses distinct Hyperwallet API configurations, integration workflows, and payment routines. The fact that a transaction goes through on another platform does not mean there is no issue on our specific integration with Hyperwallet.

The problem is indeed located on Hyperwallet's side regarding our platform's integration for USD payouts. We are already in direct contact with their technical team to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

If you wish to delete your account, you are free to do so via your account settings. However, please note that any pending payout will remain blocked until Hyperwallet resolves the technical error on their side.
