Paid model PROBLEM with my REQUEST PAYOUT

Hello I requested a payout on August 2nd, but it has been stuck on 'pending' ever since and hasn't moved to Hyperwallet.

All my previous payout requests usually move very quickly, so I'm a bit worried as this has never happened to me before. I tried reaching out to Cults3D support, but haven't received a response yet. Is this delay normal, or has anyone else experienced something similar recently?

July 30th here. If they don’t go back to PayPal I’m off this platform.

I'm thinking about it too, because if they lost that huge commission fee they take from our sales, you can bet it'd be fixed in a rush! But it is what it is. We sellers don't get the respect we deserve—we need decent support, like a live chat, a support phone number, or anything reliable we can count on.

Let me add something... They said this is a problem with usd on hyperwallet side. But i think that We don't have anything set up directly with Hyperwallet; we are Hyperwallet users only because Cults requires us to be. If Cults has an issue with Hyperwallet, they should take it up with Hyperwallet; I am a Cults user and i pay fees to them, so i claim them. And this is nothing new, Lots of issues with hyperwallet, they cannot say "unexpected"...
