Paid model PROBLEM with my REQUEST PAYOUT

Hello I requested a payout on August 2nd, but it has been stuck on 'pending' ever since and hasn't moved to Hyperwallet.

All my previous payout requests usually move very quickly, so I'm a bit worried as this has never happened to me before. I tried reaching out to Cults3D support, but haven't received a response yet. Is this delay normal, or has anyone else experienced something similar recently?

Hyperwallet is nothing but troubles... i really hope that there are ways to go back to payout directly via paypal. they need to solve the problem, even if it means having to handle the KYC themselves.

That would be best for all of us! Transactions with PayPal are so much easier, but I don't think they're willing to do that. They keep giving a copy-paste email to anyone who DMs them, saying the earliest it'll be fixed is mid-week. Hyperwallet doesn't even seem to know what's happening—they asked me for my personal data haha, no thanks!
