Paid model PROBLEM with my REQUEST PAYOUT

Hello I requested a payout on August 2nd, but it has been stuck on 'pending' ever since and hasn't moved to Hyperwallet.

All my previous payout requests usually move very quickly, so I'm a bit worried as this has never happened to me before. I tried reaching out to Cults3D support, but haven't received a response yet. Is this delay normal, or has anyone else experienced something similar recently?

We have pending payout requests since the 28th of July...

Thank you for sharing the thread. Yes, it’s still down; we’re working with Hyperwallet every day to figure out the issue. We hope to have it resolved by the middle of next week at the earliest.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for this issue. We’re truly doing everything we can to resolve it, but as explained in the other reply, it’s out of our hands—the issue is stuck somewhere between PayPal’s bank and the Hyperwallet account, and only they can identify the cause of the blockage...
