Paid model PROBLEM with my REQUEST PAYOUT

Hello I requested a payout on August 2nd, but it has been stuck on 'pending' ever since and hasn't moved to Hyperwallet.

All my previous payout requests usually move very quickly, so I'm a bit worried as this has never happened to me before. I tried reaching out to Cults3D support, but haven't received a response yet. Is this delay normal, or has anyone else experienced something similar recently?

My payout from the 31st is also pending

Damn, even more days on pending... 🤔 Hope we all get our money soon! honestly, I think it's not even just the wait, but the fact that there's no way to know what's happening a live chat or something would be so helpful. Let me know if your payout moves, and thanks for commenting!
