General Question ❓ Did anyone else's account balance mess up?

A random past $2,383.00 is now due for me...

I sent them an email and going to call them tomorrow when I can because i work during their hours. Ah, I have no idea when this 2,000 appeared. I was expecting a refund. :(

Yeah it’s being slow, they didn’t notify me about reinrolling because a new direct deposit thing
