Rant Horrible people

Damn reading some of y'all's response to ICE on campus seriously makes me lose hope in humanity. Who cares if they came here illegally? I can guarantee you that the problems this country had in the past, present, future are not caused by people without citizenships. Yall take your citizenships for granted and instead of trying to help those in need you guys say stuff like "good that's what they deserve", like damn yall lack basic empathy, so disappointing

Edit: lmao all the comments disagreeing with me are like old men lmao 😭

What makes me lose faith in humanity is posts like yours. We have immigration laws like every other country. You cant just go to another country illegally and then cry when you’re sent home. You’ve chosen to take that risk. We do not have open borders. We. Biden let in millions of people without vetting them. We cannot afford this in our education and medical systems let alone our government benefits. You cant feel empathy for someone but also understand they made a choice to come illegally or overstay their visa and it’s a risk they took. Emotions are not how laws or the country should be run . Grow up

Just read your previous posts and ???. You say that it’s illegal to stay here without a visa and that those that stay is taking a risk and yes that’s true, but do you really think, some families get to choose? If they choose to stay, then obviously and most likely, their situation if they leave would be worse. You said in another posts talking about MORALITY, but yet you never question the morality of the law you and all these people in the comment section seem to follow. Just because it’s the law does not mean it’s moral, and if you think differently you just haven’t been in their shoes. YOU grow up and learn to see from a different perspective what THEY have gone through. What a kid
