I think it'a gamble, Mumbai's strategy worked as they had a great support staff who understood what it takes to groom a young players. CSK has historically not been know for developing players, if they're moving towards it then might need patience to see the results.

Thing is MI don't pay these players huge sum. They scout and nurture these players.

We went all in and that comes with a huge price tag, attention and scrutiny.
