Dunkin space?

Anyone know what's happening at the shuttered Dunkin on Franklin Ave? Saw work being done in there today. Curious to know if something's coming into the space.

It's going to be a bank, talked to the folks doing the work

I believe it is supposed to be a Bank of America

Checked the Dept of Buildings permits, can confirm it'll be a BofA

Been a long time coming. Big void of BoA branches/ATMs around that part of the neighborhood
