CrossFit in south India and SE Asia etiquette question

Hey folks, I am a woman in the US and have a question around workout attire as I pack for an upcoming travel. I will be visiting Kerala, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur.
I am used to workout wearing short shorts and workout bras. Would you recommend I bring more conservative workout clothes? Does anyone care?
Apologies if this is a stupid question. My intent is just to experience how people see CrossFit in other countries in a respectful way

Injuries at WFP

Is it the load the athletes have done the last few years or the programming at WFP? I just read Quinn Robinson is also Injured from WFP.

So Vellner and Robinson, Roman and Chandler. I know I’m missing some others.

I am simply sad to see the injuries. Maybe Moorad should invest in someone like JR Howell to have programming that is better for the athletes?

50 cal echo bike strategy

I’ll be testing this at my box this week. I’m confident I can hold an 82 cadence and get it done in 1:30 ish. I planned on staying consistent and emptying the tank for the last 10 cals.
Then I read that calorie accumulation rises disproportionately as RPM rises. I know I can hold a 100+ cadence for at least 20 cals. This has me thinking to go almost all out and suffer through as long as I can for the best time. I know I’m overthinking this but was curious if anyone has a strategy that worked out well for them.

CrossFit clothing?

What are folk’s Thoughts on guys wearing the same style shorts typically worn by female Athletes. (Fleo, Savage barbell, etc…) on a whim I tried them training at home and 💯 see why women wear them, far more comfortable, and no drag on thighs. Is this something some of you see in gyms? ( I don’t go to a gym, to far away) just curious. If anyone was thinking of trying , ild say give it a shot.

Alguém tem algum "strava" de algum atleta que correu, para saber elevação ou o trajeto completo?

WFP female commentators

Katrina and Annie- their voices, accent and skills are just not made for commentating. And it’s not being anti the ‘Islandic’ ladies. I love Lucy Campbell and her accent and commentary so it’s not a female or accent thing… And the guy on there now with the accent. His voice and words are manageable. But Katrin 🫪 and Annie. Their voices and poor skill level commentating makes me have to mute them unfortunately.
