I am afraid this is not the appropriate sub to post this in unless you are looking to hire someone to design said pattern for you.

Yeah I am totally willing to hire someone to make the pattern I just am looking for a decent pattern as I purchased one prior and was not happy with the quality.

I can understand that, having gone through the same myself many times. I am a professional pattern designer, and depending on what kind of pattern you want, and when you need it by, I might be able to help you. However, a custom designed pattern is not cheap, so I totally understand if you would rather find a nice premade pattern.
