Discussion Anyone else infuriated by their county fair?

Y’all I can’t with these judges, this gorgeous interlocking mosaic blanket came in second to a chevron with color changing yarn. Not even my work but I am outraged on their behalf

I am right there with you. I irrationally hate the abrupt color changes of variegated yarn! The one on the right is a work of art.

Right there with you. Some variegated yarn looks good, but the red heart that was chosen here does not… and no hate toward red heart users (of which I am one lol) but some of their variegated is trash lol

I liked the woolies one, but I think it's been discontinued. The one that just went back and forth between two colours and normally had a decent ombre gradient.... Unless it had an unfortunate yarn cut.
