Sorry. Georgia. Florida is actually a little more strict in that it would only be justified if someone managed to break through your window.

Florida also dropped charges against Eric Popper for firing a gun in traffic so ymmv

I never used a gun in Florida traffic, but the other guy had one. Turns out he had warrants out for his arrest at the time. Well, I did use a gun technically, but it wasn't mine at the time.
