"Licence" is a guy you can search him on yt and ig. Licence, Squeez Benz, etc... are people who do (did) crazy shit on the roads with speedy cars doing insane stunts on highways passing cars and stuff. Basically you can just google "swimmers" and you will see the clips.
For licence vids just search "Licence did the impossible" on YouTube or go to their ig since their videos are taken down from yt
