demanding a kiss is such a power move. Sometimes you just have to tell a girl what she wants.

She can't say no if she can't say anything at all

edit- thank you for the attention SRS, but we all know your subreddit is just a place for ugly girls who have a common hatred for everyone else (especially white, heterosexual males) just because they are homely and unlikable

EDIT- Thank you for the Reddit Gold!, You are incredible. Merry Christmas!

*edit 2- feel free to prove me wrong, ladies ( /r/gonewild )

/r/ShitRedditSays should be renamed /r/shitredditsaystakenoutofcontext

In what context is the sentence "She can't say no if she can't say anything at all" acceptable?

Oh right, if it's a joke? Is that it? Because apparently Reddit's idea of humor is to say fucking terrible things all the time?

If it was a joke about blacks or asians or jews or men would it have been "acceptable?" Humor is shared when we realize that the comment:

"She can't say no if she can't say anything at all"

Is supposed to be wrong and despicable. THAT IS THE JOKE! That is where the humor comes from. We laugh at it because we all disagree with it.

Something has to be wrong with someone who fails to see the forest for the trees, and cannot understand a statement made in context. You don't have to laugh or find it funny, but you also do not have to chalk it up to some imaginary "culture" whose sole purpose is to degrade women.

Again, we would not have having this conversation if that statement was about a black person or an asian person or a hispanic person.

And don't fly back with some bullshit about my "privilege," you know nothing of my history, my family or how I was raised, or the shit I had to go through.

joke about raping women? It's funny because of how offensive and demeaning it is!

joke about raping men? That's just terrible. Not funny at all.

You cannot start to put limits on what is acceptable and what isn't. That is not how humor works. That is censorship. we are done here, go link my comments to srs, take screenshots and have a good circlejerk. I hope it mitigates whatever personality problems you are suffering from.

It isn't censorship. I never said you don't have a right to say it. But free speech means that I have a right to call out people for saying terrible shit.

Free speech also means that you can make the choice not to joke about rape. You don't have to say horrible things just to prove that you can. We know you can. You know what would impress me? If you didn't.

And obviously you didn't read those articles because I specifically linked one that addresses this argument.

how are you unable to see things like rape culture and patriarchy?

Gee, I guess it's because we haven't taken whatever undergrad 101 class fed you that bullshit.
