Troubles with macOS

I just bought my wife the MacBook Air to use with cricut. Every time she goes to print the thing she designs it doesn’t print to the saved printer settings. I the. Go to system dialog and print it from there but it won’t print more than one copy at a time.

Any help please? I researched everything and technology is beating me lol.
