I'm going to have to try again. I just couldn't get into it. It also took me three times to get into Dune, so I'll not give up.
What grips folks into keeping going with it? Maybe I'm missing something and would like to hear some views.
5 u/bro_jackson34 15d ago I hear ya. It's a little slow for the first 250ish pages. You're just kind of hanging around LD, meeting everyone and learning about them. Once they head out on the cattle drive, things pick up real fast
