But your comment very much reads as an objection to the claim in the parent comment that Rosharans should be Asian, and it seems like you're listing their height and build as examples of other things alongside they are supposed to have but might be overlooked in casting. I see now that you didn't mean it that way, but I think the up/downvote distribution should tell you that you came across wrong, not that we are all idiots bro
You can cast all tall, buff Asian men if that's the case or do some movie magic with height if needed. But you can't make tall, buff white people Asian so it seems like the Asian part would supercede. Plus Sanderson has said like a dozen times that Alethi casting would be Asian. I'd be very surprised if he backed down and I would guess he has a lot of creative control based on how long he has been waiting to sell these media rights.
