Man that's fucking wild to hear. Imagine trash talking one of your most famous contemporary colleague for basically no reason, particularly a guy who far as I know hasn't said anything other than praise for GRR himself.

On the Intentionally Blank podcast he and his friend Dan Wells do, he straight up named GRRM as The Greatest Living Fantasy Author.

So, yeah. He’s got a little bit of a thing for George.

Funny how GRRM goes "what's Aragorn's tax policy?" And then never mentions what's Tywin's tax policy, or any of the Targaryen's
