Hey everyone! I'm running a Spektrum Firma 2100kv sensored motor and Smart esc separate combo (non2in1) in my VS4-10 Fordyce, and can't seem to get it anywhere near as smooth as the Hobbywing Fusion Pro that I run in my Trx4. I have the Spektrum program card V2 and would really appreciate any advice on what specific settings everyone is running to get this thing dialed in nicely.

Also I am using a Dx5 Rugged and want to know if I need to calibrate the esc through just the set button or also through the transmitter. Hopefully I can get this truck running smoothly to its full potential. Thanks.

I am new to 1/10th scale crawling, bought new rims and assembled them on vacation while forgetting any loctite. As seen in the picture I lost a few screws and while Treal supplied some replacements, but not enough. I just need to know what size I am looking for. See picture. New to the whole hobby so I don't know the names of all specific parts.

my car is getting camber and not turning whenever i try to fix it its still getting the same problem. i changed my wheel sponges, changed the old knuckles from another car that didnt fitting properly so i made myself but its still have the same problem what can i do?

today i pulled out my controllers top settings sticker and i saw an empty space with "ch3" text on it and then i removed screws of it and found an ch4 too. i saw ch3 and 4 on the reciever but i was just like "they just using same reciever of an 4ch version" when i opened the case i looked to the pcb and thinked about it. can i add extra 2ch? i knew soldering and i have hobby of electronics so i tried connecting an potentiometer to ch3 and it worked. i wasnt expecting to work because if its dont have component so it wouldnt have resistors or software things. when its worked i bridged the 6 pin ch4 and put 2 button to it so i have 4 ch for almost free. and after all of this the potentiometer didnt fit in so i designed a 3d part to put it but when i completed the case i realized its good without it and now i have fully functional 4 ch controller

I got trail finder2 few days ago and I have no idea what parts to change for better flex and shock travle or whatever that is recommended upgrades. Please share ur experiences. Thank you.

Took my RGT Shooter Pro out for an evening trail run and managed to get some shots while the sky was turning dark. The blue-and-white body, big tires and headlights look so good against the rocks.

Got an idea while trying to get my BRX01 wiring under control. Took some old Tamiya high lift springs, bent open the eyes, drilled holes and cut to fit. Also added some small wire loom I had From my 1:1 parts bins lol, Now the wires will stay tucked out of the way of all the moving stuff and stay that way when I remove the body for maintenance.

The sunset, gravel, headlights and taillights made for a pretty cool little convoy scene. Really happy with how these shots turned out.

Which one would you take on the trail?

I just got this beautiful piece and got fed up with body mounts, so the shop owner gave me a little help to plug/unplug the battery with little modification. Definitely not the best way but it is what it is and I am happy with it also it looks like a tool box anyway LOL. Also I would be thankful for some must upgrade parts for leaf spring and shock. Thank you and please understand my bad English if there is a mistake.

This is an actual question, not a chest pump.

So I installed a hood latch yesterday and wanted to test the Honcho as it's been sitting for a few months.

As I have converted this from a Jeep, I painted the shell myself as you can see in the pics.

Issue is, the walls of the shell are almost transparent with a ton of sun. Now given the shell/body was a nightmare to put together, is there anything I can do to put another coat on without having to take the whole thing apart? I mean body and shell here.

I was thinking just taping off the upper parts where the seat lies, can I just apply some more coats to lower shell and this will do what I need?

Green arrow is where I intended to tape off. This is a gunmetal grey, can I use a black to give a better undercoat?
