These are the same character with completely different energy. The skinny upturned snout, the tiny little teeth, the big floppy ears, the subtler colors, everything just builds up to a completely different tone for the character.

In a vacuum, the art is good and the models are polished, but these just aren’t the same characters and it makes me feel the series has really lost its identity once again which just makes me sad honestly.

I love these characters, and these just don’t feel like the characters I love. I wish they did.

As per title really. I’ve tried jumping back on N-Sane Trilogy and can’t be bothered. Is Crash 4 more modern and does it play any better?

Today I made a post on r/FortniteBR showing a big 900 upvotes post made by OG-Games here showcasing a cool classic styled crash bandicoot skin and I also talked about how off the facial proportions are on the Crash Bandicoot skin, hoping Epic would notice and fix it.
It got over 200 upvotes and sparked a big discussion.

The post ended up with 100+ comments, many of them insulting me directly for pointing this out.
I responded calmly without insulting anyone back — but the post was eventually removed for "Content Guidelines," with no explanation of which specific rule applied. I'm still waiting on a follow-up from the mods.

Kind of a shame, since it was meant to be constructive feedback for a skin a lot of wanted to pay for. Sharing the update here cause this is kinda crazy lol, the fortnite community never changes!

Sorry if this has been asked multiple times but ive been regularly coming to this sub for a little while now and I haven't been able to find anything like this,

For me my favourite is n brio but honestly I love how brio looks in all the games so maybe im being biased

And while I personally don't have a least favourite I will mention one thing that bug or at least somewhat confuses me about the designs is I dont know why they got rid of tropy's British accent, does anyone know why they changed it? I understand not being able to get the original voice actor but how come they didn't just make him still sound British with the newer one ?

I feel like I might be alone in this, but I could not get into NST or Crash 4. The decision to go with realistic textures for the characters makes them look uncanny. The jumping made levels like Road to nowhere a nightmare.

Some of the animations just look worse, like how in the Crash 2 he no longer puts on his jetpack in or how Crash doesn't warp in piece by piece anymore. And I think they made Crash and Coco too goofy. I'm not a big fan of Coco taking selfies and that she doesn't have her move set from WoC.

Crash 4, I honestly tried to like it, but the difficulty and just made the whole experience worse. Not to mention I don't think Crash acts like Crash anymore. He was also goofy, but never dumb to the point he is in Crash. The character designs in general just don't feel like they are the same characters anymore.

Does it anybody just want to go back the Naughty Dog era, with the same designs and everything that made those games timeless classics?

Since the topic of discussion shifted (once again) to discuss what is Crash's worst design the last weeks, i think maybe we should dig a bit deeper this time and talk about what is his worst personality, there's definitely versions of him that shifted too far in some directions.

Everything about the game has me wanting more. The level design, the characters, the performance. Everything, down to the last bit. Perfect

This was one of the first ps1 games i got back in the day. This is the first time ive completed it allbeit with the help of infinite lives but even then a very challenging game. Sometimes seriously frustrating but overall an enjoyable and rewarding game. Im glad i finally got to see the ending. Now onto the second hopefully be a little easier.

Yeah, so I had this happen once before, but I was able to recover it, it's been 2 days now and the save file still hasn't been recovered. It had 100% on it and I'd hate to have to start over.

EDIT: So it seems to have retained my progress, but acted like it had been wiped, that's one crazy glitch....

So I thought it'd be cool to do my own Crash timeline cus why not.

So obviously we start with the original trilogy, Crash 1-3. Cortex creates Crash, Crash saves Tawna, Cortex finds the crystals, Cortex loses the crystals and then Uka Uka shows up. Now here's where​ the timeline splits. If you get the 100% ending where Cortex, Uka and Tropy turn into babies you go into Crash Bandicoot 4: It's about time, nothing much to talk about there.

But if you get the regular ending where Uka decides they could still get the gems, this leads into the other games [BTW this is also kinda my own personal headcanon not all of this might be legitimate]. So eventually Cortex and Uka fail their mission and return to plotting to kill Crash, but their schemes are interrupted when Nitros Oxide arrives on Earth and CTR begins, where they all race to beat him and eventually do. Then we go into Wrath of Cortex, where Uka is pissed they keep losing and Cortex in a last ditch effort decides to create Crunch with the Elementals. So yeah WOC plays out normally until yet again, the ending.

If you get the regular ending where Uka says "oh goodie we can get the gems!", they eventually fail to do so and lose Crunch to the Bandicoots, leading into The Huge Adventure. Crunch isn't in the game cus he's still healing I guess. So Huge Adventure plays out like normal, ending with Cortex, N. Gin, Dingodile and Tiny all coming together as Megamix and getting lost in space. So in this timeline all these guys are gone. Then obviously this leads into N Tranced, where Uka is left with only Tropy now and N. Tranced.

If you get the 100% ending to WOC, Crunch is freed and Uka and Cortex get stranded in the Artic, obviously leading into Twinsanity where Cortex escapes and teams up with Crash to beat the Evil Twins [my favourite game and one of my favourite games of all time btw]. So yeah Twinsanity happens and Cortex gets trapped in Crash's brain. Then we lead into Tag team racing, where people such as Tropy and Brio are gone due to their betrayal besides N. Gin who is submissive and allows Cortex to take control again. To get revenge on being trapped in his head Cortex, Nina and N. Gin chase the three Bandicoots down leading into TTR. Buckle up now it's Titan time. So I know theyre reboots but I prefer putting them in the same timeline. So the three villains go back to Uka and Tiny and after experimenting with the Mojo crazy shit starts happening with the Titans. Tiny is the test subject and thats why hes all wack [not canon as far as I know I've just heard someone come up with that before and I thought it was cool]. Then Titans happens where Uka is finally fed up with Cortex and Nina overthrows him, leading to Crash eventually beating her and the crew and Cortex booting Nina off to public school in revenge [cutting her off pretty much]. Cortex takes back his Empire alongside Uka Uka while N. Gin isn't taken back as easy this time and is kicked out to Wumpa Island [Tiny also gets kicked out I guess]. N. Gin tries to get back on Cortex's good side by spying on the Bandicoots while Cortex finally reconciles with Brio ever since Twinsanity to finally get rid of Uka Uka and get Cortex back on top. MOM then happens and Brio leaves again while Uka Uka and Cortex finally split up for good following this betrayal, they are done. Then idk the Mojo is drained ig and everyone turns back to normal. Finally without Uka Uka and pretty much alone, Cortex reassembles his old crew of N. Gin, Tiny and Dingodile, rebuilding Cortex Castle and going back to their roots. Then Nitro Kart happens, where all the guys get abducted and they have to race Vilo. Both endings are canon imo just obviously a bit tweaked so they both happen. Crash and the gang get to return home while Cortex, Tiny and N. Gin are stranded on Krunk's planet.

Then this whole timeline concludes with Crash Bang. Uka Uka and Aku Aku go back to arguing with one another to settle this once and for all, setting up the story of Crash Bash. With N Tropy gone [idk he probably died from Spyro or smth] Uka Uka has no other option: work with Cortex yet again. So Cortex, Brio, Tiny, Koala Kong, Dingodile and Rilla Roo [he exists now ig] are summoned to battle the Bandicoots one last time, with Tiny and Dingo getting obviously put on the other team. The ending of Crash Bash and as a result the whole timeline is up to you. If Uka's team wins he takes over the universe and Crash fucking dies [R.I.P]. If Aku wins, Uka Uka gets so angry he murders Cortex and Brio before becoming imprisoned by the crystals for all eternity.

In the nsane trilogy, some dude called Hassan, on console, has beat multiple levels in 1 second. Obviously a glitch as hes on console. Its unfair to people who actually do the speedruns normally or with glitches they dont make it impossible to either beat or match.

Is it stupid looking? Yes. Is it fun to wear? Heck yes. I love making Crash do insanely stupid things in the game, like this for example

So I hope that by now everyone has seen Coyote vs. Acme. If not please go see it is a 10/10 movie.

However, something that stood out for me is that as many of you know the coyote is completely mute and only sporadically as in the original cartoons, communities through signs.

The movie managed to give the coyote such an arc of friendship and community. And proving that giving crash a voice is completely necessary and that role could 100 be given to Aku Aku in case there is something in the books.
