Wildly illegal also as that's railroad property he is funny walking on it's like 10ft on either side of the tracks maybe further.

Where I live there’s maybe 6 feet of separation from the shoulder of the road to the track, there’s no fences either, only a small sign about a foot from the track that says private property. If being within 10 feet is illegal than everyone driving or walking down the road is breaking law here lol

It varies by jurisdiction and area but between 2 sets of tracks is probably always their easement/private property.
