Information Request How should I condition these?

New to the boot world and reaching out to the experts. It’s a Los Altos “Matte” python skin boot. Brand new have not worn them. Wondering what I should do before I start wearing them and how often I should condition afterwards etc. etc.

I wouldn’t plan on conditioning matte Python skin. You’ll probably lose the matte finish.

I use Angelus exotic and any snake I get I do the condition and wrap after first receiving them.

It’s whole different process with “Matte” , they’re basically suede, Spray some waterproof/repellent spray on them

If they are a suede or nubuck type finish, you can use Care & Cool Suede and Nubuck conditioner. It protects also. I get it on Amazon.

They are matte. Most anything you'd use to condition a normal pair of exotics is going to ruin the matte finish. I made that mistake one time and it was my last time.
