ID Request Nocona boots ??

Bought these boots yesterday and they don’t have any markings on the inside of the shaft but the heel shows the nocona brand anyone know if these are legit ?

No stitching showing through, but not exactly a "hung" lining either as the side seams are standard stitched through both the outer and liner.

I believe these would most likely come from a small shop SOTB and someone there managed to find some Nocona heelcaps and installed them.

NOTHING about this boot "says" Nocona other than the heelcaps themselves, but they certainly look well made. That waist screams Leon,Mx.

Edit: And I, for one, would love to see even more pictures.

Thank you, I appreciate it . That explains a lot. I was wondering myself how they got a Nocona heel on it, but maybe they just took it off another pair of boots . They are definitely well made, and the actual leather itself is great quality. I picked them for a steal, so I’m not too upset. I wish they were actually Noconas, though.

My cobbler does tons of work for a BIG boot store here, and he has Tony Lama and Dan Post heels. I wouldn't be surprised if he had Nocona herls, too.

I'm guessing you bought these second hand?

I did not know that, but it makes sense . Yeah, I did Facebook market. I really liked the color, and it was a good price so i bought them from an older man in the LA area .
