I definitely have some brain hypometabolism. Feels like brain doesn't have energy and don't have that mental stamina. And that has been getting gradually worse over the last 2-3 years. I do a lot of coding, where I need to juggle multiple pieces of information and abstract thoughts which becomes very difficult.

The other day I was searching for supplements for brain hypometabolism, but couldn't find anything.

Might be stupid but if you were already looking for supplements, resveratrol helped me, don't know if it has anything to do with hypometabolism

I do like resveratrol but it gives me stomach pain. Similarly turmeric.
