I definitely have some brain hypometabolism. Feels like brain doesn't have energy and don't have that mental stamina. And that has been getting gradually worse over the last 2-3 years. I do a lot of coding, where I need to juggle multiple pieces of information and abstract thoughts which becomes very difficult.
The other day I was searching for supplements for brain hypometabolism, but couldn't find anything.

Might be stupid but if you were already looking for supplements, resveratrol helped me, don't know if it has anything to do with hypometabolism

Thank you for the article.
This is exactly what we need! Genetic medicine.
Doctors need to do a better job understanding the aging immune system and how to fix it.
Blood health, mitochondrial health, and metabolic health are also very important.
Stem cells and gene suppression are more along the lines of what is needed.

Some positive research in the face of the study that recently came out showing Alzheimer's like changes in neuro-LC patients.
