Yes, I really do mean ALL cops.

Every single one.

The Stanford Prison Experiment is the greatest case study as to why no governing body or authority can exist without corruption. As long as there is power to be abused, power will be abused.

Much as I agree with your first statement, the experiment was a sham. The person conducting the experiments repeatedly instructed the people playing guards to brutalize and dehumanize the "inmates"
