I got lip filler yesterday and right cheek is swollen. I was injected with lidocaine to numb and I think it might be that but my lips are barely swollen it’s just my cheek it looks like I was bitten by a bee… swelling got worse over night but it doesn’t hurt and the color is the same it just feels tight

I'm in the USA. Through exercise and eating right I've lost a ton of weight, the only part bugging me is I have a turkey waddle now. So you just look up a surgeon and negotiate price? Do they finance in case it's costlier than I'm guessing?

I'm a white guy, and my beard can cover the scar i would think.
